Research & Development

Over 20 Years of innovation

This is how we define our journey—marked by industry firsts and driven by a strong spirit of invention.
From the very beginning, we have consistently invested in people, research, and technological development.

Our innovations are born from close collaboration with our customers—a dynamic exchange that allows our know-how to grow in parallel with their business.
We are constantly striving to improve: we embrace experimentation and seek out brilliant solutions that anticipate the future.

Innovation as a Core Value

Over the years, IMMMES has steadily increased its investment in Research & Development, with the goal of delivering new solutions that enhance control, performance, efficiency, and usability across our product range.
Throughout this ongoing innovation process, we remain committed to maintaining the high reliability that defines our systems.

For us, innovation is not optional—it is a strategic necessity that enables us to lead the market in industrial water purification for the glass industry.

This commitment is shared across both of our business units and represents one of the foundational values upon which our company has built its mission and competitive advantage.

Improvements and secure multiple internationally recognized patents, many of which are considered groundbreaking innovations in the field of industrial machinery.

Since 2016, IMMMES has been running research and development programs aimed at improving products, finding new technological solutions, and training people.

This is our history and the data that sets us apart:

Hours spent developing new projects/patents

Grouped monetary investments R&D

The result of these investments can be seen in the general increase in Immmes’ know-how, mainly in the water treatment segment, and in the technological evolution of the control systems for the machines produced.

A concrete example of this is the extensive patenting and registration of technological innovations, as shown in the following representative graph.

Registrations and patents by sector
Registrations and patents per year

The following graph shows the internal laboratory activity for customers by number of sample analyses in the water treatment sector.
