PRE-FILTRAZIONE - VASCA DI RACCOLTA
L'acqua sporca proveniente dalla lavorazione
viene pre-filtrata e convogliata in una vasca di
raccolta, dove i detriti più grossolani vengono
subito bloccati. Un sistema di fluidificazione,
mantiene l’acqua in movimento continuo,
evitando la sedimentazione delle polveri di
vetro.
STAZIONE DI POMPAGGIO
Due pompe lavorano alternativamente, mantenendo costante la pressione del sistema.
DECONCENTRATORE
All’interno i solidi sospesi vengono separati. L’acqua trattata esce dall’alto, mentre i fanghi vengono scaricati automaticamente tramite valvole pneumatiche.
FILTRO
Process collection water
The wastewater generated during glass processing is conveyed through drainage channels to a central collection tank, either underground or external. The system is designed to receive water either via direct pumping from the machines or through an underground drainage system.
Pre-Filtration of extraneous materials
Before entering the main tank, the dirty water passes through a pre-filtration chamber, where the following are separated:
- Large glass fragments
- Extraneous materials such as wood or polystyrene
- This stage protects the system from blockages and enhances the effectiveness of subsequent treatment phases.

Automated tank fluidization: ensuring Continuous Cleaning and Maintenance-Free operation
Inside the collection tank, a fluidization ring with high-pressure spray nozzles—powered by the system’s main pump—prevents sludge buildup on the bottom and in the corners of the tank.
This ensures automatic and continuous cleaning, minimizing the need for manual maintenance.
Pumping station
Pumping Station: Constant pressure, Efficiency, and Full control
The pumping station is the core of the IMMMES DTP system, designed to ensure a constant, pressurized, and fully automated water flow throughout the treatment plant.
Optimized pump management for peak performance
The system features two identical pumps operating in alternating daily cycles to draw water from the collection tank and pressurize it throughout the plant.
This mechanism ensures:
- Continuous operation
- Reduced component wear
- Extended system lifespan
- Each pump is equipped with a non-return valve and an anti-cavitation system, ensuring high performance even under extreme operating conditions.
Controlled constant pressure
Controlled constant pressure
Once activated, the operating pump pressurizes the entire DTP circuit, which remains fully filled and continuously operational.
The pressure generated is sufficient to reach the processing machines directly, eliminating the need for intermediate pumping stations.
A portion of the flow is redirected to the collection tank to power the automatic fluidization system, preventing sedimentation.
Real-Time monitoring
The pumping station is equipped with visual and electronic sensors that continuously monitor:
- Water pressure
- Flow rate
- Pump operating status
All data is transmitted to the central control system, which automatically adjusts pump power via an inverter, ensuring:
- Stable working pressure
- Optimized energy consumption
- Fully automated management
DECONCENTRATOR
Core unit for Physical-Dynamic separation of water and sludge
The Deconcentrator is the central component of the DTP system, engineered to perform high-efficiency physical-dynamic separation between process water and glass sludge. This advanced technology enables the extraction of clarified water, ready for downstream filtration, while minimizing solid residue accumulation.
Operating principle
Wastewater enters the Deconcentrator through a central inlet located at the bottom cone. Inside the separation chamber, the water is subjected to controlled velocity and pressure conditions that induce stratification:
- Clarified water rises and exits through upper lateral outlets, directed to the filtration stage.
- Glass sludge settles in the lower collection chambers, ready for discharge to either a filter press or a big-bag sludge station.
Automated sludge discharge
Two pneumatic valves, governed by flow sensors, open at programmed intervals to release high-density sludge.
This ensures:
- Continuous sludge evacuation
- Stable separation performance
- Minimal manual intervention
An Efficient and Modular System for Any Plant
The sludge discharge and treatment system is designed to flexibly adapt to plants of various sizes and production capacities, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and uninterrupted operation.

Sludge discharge from the Deconcentrator
Sludge is expelled through two discharge valves located at the bottom of the Deconcentrator and directed toward one of two sludge dewatering systems:
- Filter Press (DGS Line)
- Bag Station (BIG-BAG System)
The sludge discharge and treatment system is designed to adapt flexibly to plants of different sizes and production capacities, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and operational continuity.
It is equipped with two pneumatic valves that open automatically at regular intervals, based on data collected by flow meters.
This ensures continuous and controlled discharge of high-concentration sludge, maintaining constant process efficiency.
Clean water for every stage of glass manufacturing
Filtration System
Following the physical-dynamic separation phase within the Deconcentrator, the pre-treated water is conveyed to an advanced filtration unit equipped with a high-efficiency multi-mineral filter. Driven by the constant pressure supplied by the primary pump, the filtration process operates in a continuous cycle, ensuring a stable and uninterrupted flow.
The Filtered water is distributed directly to glass processing equipment (CNCs, edgers, drills, washers), delivering consistent performance, operational efficiency, and high-quality standards throughout the entire production cycle.
Water quality specifications:
- Ultra-clear water, perfectly suited for high-precision industrial applications. The advanced filtration technology ensures optimal system performance and extends the service life of glass processing equipment, while significantly reducing the risk of contamination, abrasion, and component wear.
- The filtration unit is self-cleaning, ensuring long-term reliability and eliminating the need for manual servicing.
